Our combined Patient Manual Handling and Irish Heart Foundation Training course is an excellent way to both save money and complete your required courses for healthcare all on the same day.

Patient Manual Handling Training consists of two parts, the first is manual handling training of inanimate objects and the second part of the course is people moving. All our instructors are certified QQI manual handling and people moving instructors and we cover everything you need to know so you can gain your people handling certificate and meet the requirements of the Health and Safety regulations.

The second half of the day consists of the Irish Heart Foundation CPR/AED training course provided by our Irish Heart Foundation accredited instructors and individuals will learn the latest methods involved with providing CPR and how to operate an automated external defibrillator, as well as how to assist someone chocking.

Who is this course designed for?

All staff engaged in assisting patients/clients such as nursing staff and carers during their working day are advised to take these course as an absolute minimum to carry out their duties in a professional manner.
